As you know, car pool also one of the public transport that we can use. We can use carpool if we want to save money and avoid from the congestion, But obviously carpool and public transport are different things from its meaning. 

Mostly whom that usually go to office or market alone, you should try this carpool method and maybe it gives you a lot of benefits. Carpool is the transport that you will share with your neighbors, friends and family to go to somewhere else. For example, if today you leave your car at home so you will share the car with them to go to the office, market or something else. However, carpool method needs someone that has a good communication so that it will easy to share the car together and to avoid misunderstanding between each other.

However, public transport involves bus and train that the government provided in all areas. You can use public transport when you leave your car or motorcycle at home, By using this you can save energy and money. You do not have to drive that will make you tired and you do not have to pay for the fuel for your car because basically you have to pay below RM8 when you use bus to go anywhere that near to you. 

So to conclude that car pool and public transport are good to our life but it depends to people whether they want to use car pool or public transport.

WAYS TO ENCOURAGE PEOPLE FOR USING PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Public transport is no longer important towards people nowadays, they think public transport is for lower class people and some people will look down to the people that using public transport. So we have to make some of the people realize that public transport is good and make them to use public transport in their life.

First and foremost, the government should decrease the price of using the public transports. For example, if a journey of 200 kilometres use to cost about RM 30, so the government should reduce the price in form of promos and discounts. This will make peoples realize about the existence of public transports and it will make the people use the public transport. To add more, the government should make the price lower when the raya celebration such as when Hari Raya Aildilaha, Depavali and Chinese New Year.


Furthermore, the bus and train should be clean and well organized in order to make people love the environment of public transport and it is the only way to attract people towards public transport. The company of the bus should clean the bus or the train before the passenger use and to by making people love your product, you should put something like perfume in the bus or the train to make people breathe with fresh air.


To add more, the government should do one day campaign about 'Using Public Transport' and it is free of charge. Since, it is a campaign for the society, so there will be no price charged towards the passenger if they want to go anywhere. The campaign should be held 6 times in a year. So people, this is the opportunity that you will get and you will love the public transportation in our country.


Lastly, all the terminal and station bus in our country should be situated a bit closer towards the residential are,shopping malls and office. So that when it is near, it is easy for people to access and use public transport.

DISADVANTAGES OF PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Usually we know that public transport give people benefits. But somehow, public transport also has it disadvantages towards people life. There are three disadvantages of using public transport.

1. The risk of being criminal victim.

Nowadays, criminal victim happened mostly during using public transport such as bus. Raped, sexual harassment  and snatch crime are the most common cases when women using public transport alone. For example, when a women using bus for her transport to workplace, then they will probably be the victim of the snatch crime. To add more, when a schoolgirl using public bus for her transport for going back home, then the girl will probably be the victim of the sexual harassment.

2. People have to wait for a long time

People will waste their time waiting for the bus or the rain to come. Sometimes, it takes time until 1 hour and if your are lucky then you have to wait for 10-15 minutes only. So, for waste their time, they should use their own vehicles. For example, if someone is having an emergency and they use public transport then it will be take a long time to reach the destination on time.

3. People cannot have a comfortable journey

Sometimes, public transport that the government provided are not purely clean and sometimes it smells bad. Because of the bad environment, it will make the passenger uncomfortable and hard to breathe a fresh air. So due to the condition they should use their own vehicle. However, when there are too many passengers in the bus or train, there will be no seat and it will make people tired for standing too long. Sometimes, people will get mad and fed up for standing too long.

3 ADVANTAGES OF PUBLIC TRANSPORT

As you know, using public transport has many advantages towards our life and one of the advantages is we can save fuel and save pocket money. When we are using public transport, we do not have to fill the fuel and it can save our pocket money. When we have extra pocket money, we can use the money to buy something else that we need. However, we can keep the money inside the piggy bank and we can use it whenever we have an emergency. Furthermore, we can also save money when we use public transport as it only cost about RM 2 to RM5 if the journey is short and the cost depends on the journey. The longer the journey, the more you have to pay for the cost. If we want to compare between public transport and our own vehicles, we have to fill the fuel in our vehicles up to RM50 for full tank.

In another hand, when all of us using the public transport that the government provided, we can reduce the carbon dioxide in this atmosphere. When we use public transport for our transportation and support public transport, the numbers of people that use their own vehicles will less on the road. So by support public transport, we can conclude that there will be less numbers of vehicles on the road and less carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. As we know that carbon dioxide is not healthy for us to breathe, so when there are less carbon dioxide around us we will avoid ourself from getting sick. 

To add more, using public transport can make you friendly and got new friends form other different level of people since we have upper level and lower level of people. When we are using public transport, there will be many types of people and we can a talk about something relevant. Hence, when we socialized with unknown people, it will make our psychology healthier and fresh. So by doing this, we can avoid being stress and tension. Even though, it is hard to trust people nowadays, we can still be friend with them but we have to know our limit. We cannot only stay with the same person over years and face the same problems but we have to make friends with other people with the trademark “Living My Life to The Fullest”.

2 TYPES OF PUBLIC TRANSPORT

In this new globalization, our air has been polluted by human. One of the reasons why this thing happens today, it is because of the transportation that the human used since everyone in this era can afford to buy a car or a motorcycle. Basically, vehicles produce carbon dioxide. The more the vehicles on the road, the more the carbon dioxide are produced. Imagine if we are living in a community where we are facing more carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide than oxygen and that will affect our health without we realize it. So, we have to overcome this matter before it become worst by less use our own transportation and start to use public transport. In the other hand, public transportation is the transport where the government provide for the society’s convenience. There are two most efficient types of public transports.

 First and foremost, the most efficient type of public transports is the train systems. The train systems that the government provide are known as LRT, monorail, subways, metro and others that works as a train system. Basically, train systems are transportation that using railways as their road. These train systems can fit into a higher number of passengers since it has a large space compared to the other public transportation. The train systems also are among the faster public transportation in this world and it can prevent the passengers from having bad traffic jams. Usually, someone who works in the morning shift has to face traffic jams it makes them late to their workplace. So, by using train systems will make them not having problem in the morning.

Second, the efficient  type of public transport is the busses. Busses that the government and the authorities provided towards the society are the busses that have a good quality and good condition. Mostly, busses are the easiest public transport that we can see on the road and can take you to the right journey. However, the driver of the busses is also the best driver among others as they have been trained before they become the driver.

So people should try to use bus and train as their transportation to go somewhere else.
